Needlework/Quilting Rules:
Classes:
1. Crochet
2. Knitting
3. Cross-stitch
4. Embroidery
5. Quilting
- Entries will be received on Friday, September 20 from 5 pm – 8 pm.
- Upon registration, each exhibitor will be required to fill out entry tags.
- Each exhibitor is allowed one entry per class.
- All needlework/quilting must be produced by the exhibitor
- The utmost care will be taken in hanging and displaying of needlework and quilts. The Walker County Ag Festival and /or volunteers will not be responsible for mishaps or damages.
- Judging will take place on Saturday, September 21 from 8:00-9:00 am and will not be open to the public.
- 3 places and ribbons will be awarded in each class
- Entries will remain on display until 5:00 pm, Saturday September 21 and can be picked up between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
- Any items remaining after the festival ends will be donated or discarded.

- D) Household items (doilies, table runners, pot holders, ornaments)
2. Knitting

- A) Hand stitched – any size
- B) Machine stitched – any size
