Rabbit Show Rules:
Open to all youth, ages 5-18. Online entries are due to becky.forrester@glschools.org by 7pm on Sept.13. Entry fees are $3.00 per rabbit. Make checks payable to Gordon Lee FFA Alumni and mail to Gordon Lee FFA, 105 Lee Circle, Chickamauga, GA 30707. Entry fees must be postmarked by Sept 13. Fees not paid by deadline will be $5.00 at time of check in. Fees are nonrefundable.
Check in is Friday, Sept. 20 from 5-8 pm. Rabbits will stay in the Walker County Ag Center overnight. Judging will begin at 9am on Saturday. Rabbits will remain on display until 5:00 pm and must be out of the pavilion by 6:00 pm.

Ribbons will be awarded to all participants. Ribbons will be awarded to Best of Class
(color/variety, sex, age) and Best of Breed. Rosettes will be awarded to Best of Show
and Reserve Best of Show. Prize money will be awarded according to number of
entries.

Rules for rabbit show
- Rabbits must be at least 8 weeks of age
- No rabbit who show sign of disease, sickness or neglect will be allowed to enter show
- Youth participants must provide their own wire cages. No pet carriers or taxis.
- Rabbits must have access to clean water in a water bottle at all times
- Youth must handle their own rabbits and be present during judging
- All breeds are eligible to enter
- Any mixed breed rabbit or of unknown breed must be shown in commercial/pet class
